Electrosonic is an audio-visual company with a worldwide presence, specializing in the AV needs of Corporate Communications, Command and Control Rooms, Museums, Retail Display, Theme Parks and Exhibitions. It operates in three ways, as:

• a systems integrator
• a product manufacturer
• a provider of AV facilities management and contract servicing

Electrosonic has offices strategically placed to serve its main geographic markets and provide round-the-clock support. These include four offices in the US, plus offices in the UK and the Far East. While each office contains specialist resource, this can be deployed around the world as customer needs dictate.

The Minneapolis office is the group headquarters and provides sales systems engineering and technical support services. It houses the main Service center covering the Americas. It has extensive facilities for product demonstrations and customer training.

Operations for the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa are run from the Dartford office, just outside London. This houses the main product development facility; and includes extensive sales, systems engineering and technical support services. Electrosonic's Dartford operations were the first in its industry to be awarded the new international quality standard ISO9001:2000, and is approved by National Quality Assurance (NQA).

This office provides sales, support and service for Scotland. AVC, part of the Electrosonic Group since 2004, has an excellent reputation as Scotland's leading AV systems integrator in the heritage market, and as an important supplier and integrator in the corporate and educational markets.
