Maintenance plans

We understand that no two customers have exactly the same maintenance requirements. To help us understand your needs, choose from the Service Modules listed below. Whatever combination of services you choose, you can be sure of the same high standards.

Preventative maintenance Loan equipment
Regular site visits by a field service engineer identify potential problems and extend equipment life. In the event of your installation not working due to a faulty item that cannot be repaired on site, we exchange the item for a unit of similar performance.
Workshop repairs Spares
Any product that cannot be repaired on site is returned to Electrosonic.
If your system requires any spares or replacement parts, these are included in the contract.
Emergency call-outs 24 hour emergency support

We want your equipment to work correctly when you need it. We aim to clear faults within one working day.

Outside standard working hours you can always contact an engineer for telephone support with any specific problems.
