The new Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center orients visitors to the park, features exhibits that place the Battle of Gettysburg in the larger context of American history, preserves the park’s massive collection of Civil War and Gettysburg artifacts, and showcases the famous, historic Cyclorama painting.

Club Nokia Lobby

Guests arriving at Club Nokia, Los Angeles’s newest intimate live performance space, find that its stylish lobby has become a destination in its own right with interactive video, photos and text to engage and entertain them.  Electrosonic engineered, supplied and installed the majority of the AV equipment for the Club Nokia lobby where an innovative interactive experience is mounted in handsome horizontal burnished copper wall panels.

Through museum-wide audio, video and control systems furnished by Electrosonic, visitors follow The CELL’s dynamic inaugural exhibit, "Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere: Understanding the Threat of Terrorism.”

The Science of Survival is a thought-provoking exhibition that makes imaginative use of interactive techniques. It was considered so important that two identical exhibitions were built in the United Kingdom and United States. While both were designed in London, construction was carried out simultaneously in the UK and USA. Electrosonic Ltd (UK) designed the AV system and built the AV system for the UK based exhibition, which first appeared at London’s Science Museum; while Electrosonic Inc (USA) built and installed the AV System for the USA based exhibition, with its first appearance at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ.

Beeld en Geluid – Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision

Hilversum, The Netherlands

Hilversum is the major center of broadcast media production in Holland. Its Media Park is now home to the Nederlands Instituut voor Beeld en Geluid. Beeld en Geluid looks after 70% of the Dutch Audio-Visual heritage, comprising 700,000 hours of material. The building contains the archive in an underground vault; above ground, research facilities and public areas are housed in a huge cube decorated with striking images.

Cadbury World, located in Birmingham, is one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions. Its irresistible chocolate theme is so popular that at most times of the year it is essential to book your visit. Cadbury World is continually being developed and improved, and recently it opened a new interactive attraction, “The Purple Planet,” that has proved hugely popular with the public.

Georgia Aquarium

Atlanta, Georgia

In 2006, Electrosonic completed an 18-month project for the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, providing all the AV hardware for the world’s largest aquarium, including a 4D theater. The Georgia Aquarium features about 100,000 animals representing 500 species from around the globe housed in over 8 million gallons of fresh and salt water. The aquarium’s plaza is highlighted by five stacked bands of Barrisol fabric forming a wave-wall on which a teaser video about the five galleries is projected using double stacked Panasonic PT-D5500UL edge-blending projectors hung 40 feet in the air.

Opel Co-ordination Centre

Berlin, Germany

In 2002, Electrosonic provided the audio-visual systems for the opening of the Opel Co-ordination Centre in Berlin, which included several state-of-the-art technologies at the time, such as 3D displays, touchscreens and interactive LCDs. The profile below is descriptive of the system at the time of opening in 2002.

The Opel Co-ordination Centre in the German capital of Berlin is located right next to the government district, providing the company with a direct link to the capital’s political and business communities. Opel in Berlin serves as a forum for lively exchanges of ideas with trade and industry associations, the media and the general public. The whole exhibition was designed by Stadler Project of Offenbach, who were also the project managers.
