Training - Registration
| To expedite your registration, complete the form below and return
it to Electrosonic via email option below or print this page and
fax it to 952-938-9311,marked for the attention of Eric Trombley.
You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment with additional
information concerning transportation, meals and other details.
Session fees include training, instructional materials, beverages
and lunches. |

Your responsibility |
- Make and pay for air, ground and hotel accommodations.
- Provide round-trip transportation from your hotel to Electrosonic.
- Complete pre-work assigned prior to a training session, if
applicable.
- Dress is business casual.
- Payment must be received prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy |
| If you're unable to attend your session, you can send a substitute
or transfer to another session, subject to space availability. If
you cancel your registration, we must receive your notification
10 business days prior to the first day of class to receive a full
refund. Cancellations received after the 10 day advance notice deadline
will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after classes
begin; no shows will be billed. If a session is not held for any
reason, you will be notified 5 business days prior to the start
date; Electrosonic's liability is limited to a refund of the session
fee. |
