VECTOR™ DVI / SDI Input Card

The VECTOR DVI / SDI Input Card acquires SMPTE259M 4:2:2 component digital video in 525 or 625 lines. Graphics signals up to SVGA at 75Hz are automatically detected by the card.

The VECTOR Video/SVGA Input Card acquires analog sources in composite, s-video, component and RGB video formats or from PC and workstations. Graphics signals up to SVGA at 75Hz are automatically detected by the card.

All sources maintain a refresh rate of 50 or 60Hz through the system, depending on the output settings. It is also possible to synchronize the displays to one of these inputs.

The digital nature of the inputs means that there is no input configuration to be performed with this card. Note that two SDI and two DVI sources may be connected simultaneously, but only two in total may be displayed simultaneously.

The other major benefit is the lack of noise on the pictures.

SDI connects via 75ohm BNCs, while DVI connects via female DVI-D connectors.
