Electrosonic warrants all equipment manufactured by Electrosonic to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase from Electrosonic or job sign-off from client. This warranty includes both parts and labor. Electrosonic's warranty in respect to equipment not manufactured by Electrosonic is limited to that provided by the manufacturer.

Products that have physical damage or show signs of misuse and products that have been repaired by anyone other than an authorized Electrosonic repair technician will not be covered under Electrosonic’s standard warranty. CRT’s and lamps are covered under a limited warranty and must be returned to Electrosonic for evaluation. LCD panels or phosphor based displays such as CRT tubes and plasma panels that are scratched, broken, burned by a static image or have imperfections in any special coating are not covered under the Electrosonic limited warranty or that of the original manufacturer.

Electrosonic cannot be held responsible for consequential losses caused by failure or breakdown of its products or goods supplied either within or without warranty.
