As a Project Coordinator responsible for shipping and receiving, she ensures that project teams have the right equipment in the right place in the right condition when they need it. Wendy's background in retail enables her to understand and implement best practices in shipping, checking and handling equipment. She also understands the requirements and time pressures facing project teams on site so she ensures that any risks to delay are minimized. Wendy is well organized and follows proven procedures to keep track of all equipment coming in and out for different projects so that distribution goes smoothly.

Erika believes in the importance of integrating space and technology to create a seamless, memorable experience. Denise Epps

Finance Assistant
Denise is an experienced Finance Assistant who has worked in accounting roles for more than 30 years. She has taken responsibility for all aspects of finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase ledger and invoice control. Denise also has management experience, taking charge of a team of six accounting staff in an earlier position. In her current role, Denise is responsible for checking and processing staff expenses, importing weekly timesheets, raising invoices for the service department, checking the general ledger posting to make sure the postings are correct and making any adjustments where necessary. She is also the purchase ledger assistant processing all invoices and arranging for the payment runs twice a month.

Ben Alwag

Ben has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 10 years. He gained hands-on field experience as a Service Technician and used that in his Design Consulting career. Ben leads high-profile design projects from museums and theme parks to sports venues and conference centers. He is responsible for the development of concept, schematic, design development, construction documents and system specifications for projects in collaboration with the Design Consulting team. Ben believes that his passion for technology helps drive the designs he works on. His attention to detail and ability to communicate with others has been helpful in creating great solutions and building strong relationship with clients.

Tina Kirby

Service Helpdesk Manager
Tina has a great deal of experience in customer service and support. She originally worked in the healthcare sector as a Customer Services Manager and Customer Liaison Manager. Tina is currently responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and leadership of the Service Helpdesk team. She administers and oversees 100 percent of the service desk administration and case management, including call support, scheduling Field Engineers and Flexible Support Technicians, onsite service requests, preventative maintenance, quotations and workshop repairs. Tina is a good listener and will always do her best to help and support our clients and colleagues. She understands that what might be a small issue to us may be a major headache for them.

In his 15+ years' experience, Ryan has had the opportunity to serve in various roles, including Field Technician, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Designer, Solutions Architect and Technology Director. That breadth of experience allows him to empathize with multiple personas and build consensus around a solution.

Rodolfo has joined Electrosonic as a Starter Engineer. He brings extensive experience of audio engineering and practical work experience of audiovisual in the leisure industry through experience at Seaworld Parks and Entertainment. Rodolfo does the work that he does because he loves creating experiences that people will remember forever. Rodolfo is detail-oriented - he pays attention to the little things. He has long experience in audio which makes him an asset and supports his role by giving him an understanding of the signal flow and how everything is connected together. Rodolfo always puts the client’s needs above all. He adjusts his work style so that it fits what the client is looking for.

Sue Hodkin

Assistant Purchasing Manager
Sue has spent more than 15 years in her purchasing role at Electrosonic, although she only joined originally to provide part-time assistance in the Service Department. She quickly learned internal system of Navision and introduced herself to many new vendors as well as those we already worked with. As the department grew, Sue trained others within the service team. After two years, she went to help the Purchasing Manager for a couple of months as she knew Navision and all our Vendors. Since then, she has worked with the Head of Global Procurement and has been responsible for purchasing equipment for some of Electrosonic's largest and most complex global projects.

Nerijus Linauskas

Lead Developer
Nerijus has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 14 years with a proven track record on some of Electrosonic's largest and most iconic global projects. He has proven skills in system design, lean optimization and programming and is involved in the whole process from initial engagement with the client to final project handover. Nerijus takes a client-first attitude and puts a great deal of effort into understanding client needs and applying creativity and analytics to tailor innovative value-added audiovisual solutions. As well as providing teams with technical support for multiple live projects, he is also involved in optimizing Electrosonic's engineering processes, project designs and service development.

Jeremy Lee

Project Engineer
Jeremy has been involved in audio his entire life and has been doing it professionally since 1994. He has designed sound in theatres from Broadway to Bogota and from Syracuse to Singapore. After spending a decade in New York City as a designer and Broadway associate, he spent 5 years running the Sound Design program at the University of Cincinnati. Since relocating to Los Angeles, he has designed an episodic podcast for Shudder/AMC, acted as an Audiovisual Supervisor at Universal Studios Hollywood, and been a Pro Audio Systems Sales Manager. Jeremy is always learning new technology, but balancing that thirst for the new with trust in the old.

Emily is a digital marketing specialist with three years experience in media and content creation for a widespread audience of all ages. As well as a degree in Music Production, Brannon has gained a great deal of practical experience in mixing, composition and music production. He also has extensive knowledge of the audio that would sound good in a given space or environment. Brannon is a very passionate driven individual who loves creating and making content that takes people out of their reality. He accomplishes that by mixing as well as creating music compositions and he plans to bring that same drive and commitment to his work in audiovisual.

Jessica is a highly motivated, experienced well-rounded individual who is accustomed to high-volume workloads and works well under pressure with time constraints. Jessicas attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once has helped her to complete projects on time and within budget. In her current role, Jessica is Project Coordinator for six Project Managers in the Orlando area, and a respected team player who is willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Since 2017, he has worked for Electrosonic supporting George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate and Education Center. William’s responsibilities include maintaining equipment, training staff, full audio and video support of live events, installations and repairs. This role brings together his passion for technology, media, current and historical events.

Senior Account Manager
Les is typically a customer's first point of contact at Electrosonic and it's his job to understand what keeps the client awake at night. He devises technological solutions, budgets and schedules to meet these needs. Equally important, he says, is the ability to communicate these solutions in a confident and assuring manner. Les is the client advocate at Electrosonic to ensure that the proposed solution fits all of the clients' needs from budgetary, schedule or functionality standpoint. He has been involved in many of Electrosonic's most iconic global projects in the theme park sector for some of the leading figures in the industry.

Julia is Electrosonic’s Receptionist at Dartford and has worked in that position since 1995. Julia likes to meet new people and, as she has worked for Electrosonic for many years, she knows many of the clients and suppliers personally. Julia’s role is to greet visitors to Hawley Mill, answer the switchboard and deal with the mail. She also assists the People & Culture team. Julia likes meeting people and is friendly and positive, so she thinks being a receptionist suits her personality perfectly.

Kevin has spent a long hands-on career in themed entertainment, working for Universal Studios for 24 years before joining the Electrosonic team. He uses that depth of technical and client experience in the industry to provide professional project management of audiovisual display and show control systems for museums, theme parks, visitor centers and themed retail projects. He has worked on some of Electrosonic's most iconic projects, taking responsibility for deploying innovative audiovisual, interactive and immersive experiences. Kevin believes in building and maintaining a collaborative environment where we team up with the other stakeholders and motivate each other to achieve a successful completed project that exceeds client expectations.

Marianas main responsibility is programming audiovisual systems. When she is on site, she installs, programs, tests, checks and commissions systems. Nick Say

Fabrication Technician
Nick is a skilled Fabrication Technician with more than 10 years experience in audiovisual with Electrosonic and longer audiovisual experience in other industries. Following his early involvement in repairing electrical equipment, Nick worked in Formula 1, designing, building and supporting hospitality and team race vehicle audiovisual systems, as well as data and satellite systems at race circuits around the world. Nick has a very good understanding of electronics from component/circuit diagram level upwards as well as very good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. He pays attention to the fine detail, plans ahead as far as possible and always has a ‘plan B.

He is skilled in translating designs into technical production, creative technology, interaction design and project strategy and was recently responsible for building, maintaining and operating a DxD Lab as a Creative Technologist. Ben’s drive is to create experiences and narratives that engage a participant on a physical, intellectual and emotional level. His depth and breadth of experience helps him to approach projects with a greater understanding of the narrative challenge at hand together with a holistic understand of the tools and resources available.

James maintains up-to-date knowledge of audiovisual technology to ensure he can tackle any project and provide clients with relevant advice. He works closely with members of the client team onsite and has the communication skills to build effective working relationships. Although Joyce has no formal training for the job that she does, she has evolved her skills over the years that she has worked for Electrosonic. Mark brings more than 40 years' practical experience in fabrication and installation to his role as Fabrication Engineer. Cindy is an experienced audiovisual professional with a background in managing large-scale, long-term projects and strong technical and project management qualifications . She is a life-long learner who enjoys working in an industry with ever-changing technology. Cindy’s most important skills are organization and communication and she applies the same thorough approach to all her projects. As well as understanding the technical aspects of every project, Cindy recognizes the soft skills of working with clients as part of a project team. By listening to customers, documenting dependencies and following up any issues, Cindy has developed relationships that extend beyond the life of a project timeline.

Lydia McDaniels

BIM Designer
Lydia brings 3 years' practical and professional experience to her role as a BIM Designer. She has a passion for storytelling and experiential design that she has pursued throughout her career, starting with earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Production Design and Themed Entertainment. Lydia developed her experience in hands-on roles in audiovisual, theatrical and themed entertainment venues, including Walt Disney World. Lydia is detail oriented and does her best to deliver quality work in a timely manner. Communication is important, which is why she asks questions for clarification when needed. In her current role, Lydia drafts audiovisual systems for event spaces, hotels, casinos, theme parks, zoos and other venues.
