Inviting Entry

Welcoming visitors with engaging audiovisual technology.

Visitors enter an immersive room where they can view a large 13x7.4-foot Unilumin LED video wall and QSC speaker that communicate Best Buy Health’s innovative solutions and services for ‘bringing health home’ with the next generation of remote healthcare.

Also in this space is the ‘Geek Squad’ exhibit that features a TSI touch overlay and QSC speaker installed in the back of a replica Geek Squad Van. Multimedia content in the Van displays videos of people receiving remote care at home, together with images of the Geek Squad who install and explain the home care technologies.

ENGAGING VISITORS

Demonstrating the future of healthcare in an immersive environment.

In the entry portal to the experience center, a Samsung display and QSC pendant speaker welcomes visitors and introduces them to Best Buy Health’s vision with looping content.

Visitors can also interact with an ultra-stretch 81” high-resolution Jupiter interactive display or a QSC interactive touch panel integrated with a virtual ‘front door’ of a house. Touching the panel reveals a realistic interior scene showing a couch, bookcase and windows with curtains.

COLLABORATION SPACE

Encouraging collaboration to solve healthcare challenges.

One of the spaces in the experience center is used by the Best Buy team to build on the visitor’s journey so far and open creative discussions on their challenges and Best Buy’s innovative solutions.

A large video wall consisting of three screens highlights Best Buy’s vision and key services, while six curved monitors on tables enable guests to explore the video wall content in greater depth. The video wall can also be used by presenters to display personalized content to different groups of visitors.
