The Zoom London Experience Center is a first-of-its-kind flagship facility designed to showcase Zoom Workplace, powered by Zoom AI Companion, including collaboration solutions like Meetings, Team Chat, Phone, Scheduler, Whiteboard, Rooms, Workvivo and more.
At the heart of this 18,000-square-foot space is the Discovery Showcase - the world’s first large-scale curved LED wall with infrared, multi-touch technology. Surrounding it, a transparent LED wall adds depth, and a 7-section LED lighting display frames the space.
Complimenting the showcase is the ‘Boardroom of the Future’ and a series of Zoom Rooms equipped with the latest collaboration technology and digital signage to demonstrate the scope and functionality that support equitable workplaces and the adoption of better, more efficient collaboration tools.
Electrosonic, in partnership with Downstream and Unispace, designed and engineered the AV systems for the Center, overseeing integration, programming, and installation, with ongoing support for reliability.

Zoom needed expert support to create an engaging, interactive experience center. They wanted to work with a partner with expertise in engineering, building and supporting custom experience center solutions that are robust, reliable and easy to use.
Zoom set out to showcase its solutions that empower inventive leaders who have an appetite for doing things better. The technology solution had to be easy to use and operate with high reliably and availability to reflect Zoom’s brand values.
A key challenge was to integrate the world-first curved interactive LED wall with ‘eyefactive’ object recognition technology. Instead of working through complicated menu structures, visitors can access content simply by touching a point on the LED wall. As the touchscreen recognizes contact, content opens in real time. Visitors then navigate the screens via multi-touch, which enables them to interact with the screen in a multitude of ways, such as zooming, scrolling, selecting and more.

Electrosonic worked as part of a larger project team, including Downstream, Unispace and multiple technology partners, including Layard, LG, Martin, QSC, Shure and Utouch.
Downstream, the designers and Unispace, the main contractors, are part of the same group and bring a unique compelling solution to the market. They have the joint resources to develop the creative vision, then build it, providing clients with a cohesive team from development to completion. Electrosonic further strengthened the team by incorporating technology that realizes the vision and provides support to ensure long-term reliability.
This partnership enables effective communication and collaboration with all parties to ensure a seamless, consistent approach throughout the project and deliver a world-class experience center.
At the Design stage, our Technology Design Consulting team worked closely with Downstream and technology partners to translate the vision and creative design to a technology design. The design process covered digital communications and media walls, immersive technologies, unified communications and audio video and control systems.
At the Build stage, we provided comprehensive services, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and integration, system programming and commissioning and project management in collaboration with technology partners and Unispace.
To maintain the solution in peak condition, Electronic provides a range of Support Services, including preventative maintenance, warranty support, help desk and emergency field support.

The audiovisual technology in the experience center provides an engaging experiential solution to educate and inspire visiting customers and partners. The solution enables Zoom to showcase and demonstrate its innovative Zoom Workplace in an immersive environment, while the interactives and displays take visitors on an experiential journey through the Zoom brand.
Next-generation technology like the world’s first large-scale touch-enabled curved LED wall in the Discovery Showcase reflects and enhances the Zoom brand. The technology in the experience center meets Zoom’s ambitious challenge – ‘create the most innovative Customer Experience Center in the world’.
The design of the Experience Center aligns with Zoom’s wider goal, which is to provide one platform that delivers limitless human connection. Today, hybrid workers are navigating an ever-evolving world of work, where in-person and remote co-exist This new way of working allows for more equitable workplaces and adoption of better, more efficient collaboration tools.

As visitors enter the experience center, they see the exterior of the ‘Discovery Showcase’. The 15-meter-wide LED transparent film wraps the Showcase, displaying Zoom content to complement the large Zoom logo and tempting visitors to enter.
Entering the ‘Discovery Showcase’, visitors encounter a world-first large-scale curved LED screen with multi-touch interactivity. Two 10-meter-wide curved, super-fine resolution LED displays offer an almost 360-degree immersive storytelling experience. In the center of the room, a customized circular touch table allows Zoom to control and customize assets and AV systems through a sleek and intuitive interface.
Walking around the ‘Discovery Showcase’, visitors see the light-fabric ‘Lens Wall’ on the adjacent wall. This 7-part LED display surrounds the entire experience center and presents diffused digital art through dynamic, scene-setting content customized for guests.
