Hyosung America has built a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Center (CXC) at its headquarters in Irving, Texas. Hyosung America had a bold, exciting vision for the CXC, aligned with the company’s innovative, industry-leading technology to create a truly unique customer experience.
The Center features three LED video walls of various shapes and sizes, digital signage highlighting the rich history of Hyosung and innovation, interactive touchscreens that speak to the story of the brand and a highly choreographed audio experience.
The technology installation, engineered by Electrosonic in partnership with Designer/Fabricator Derse, created a ‘high-tech playground’. Electrosonic also provided design and systems integration for the fit-out of the audiovisual components within the organization’s corporate offices within the same building.
The Customer Experience Center takes visitors on an experiential journey through the story of Hyosung.
Large video walls and interactive touchscreens communicate Hyosung’s rich history and dedication to innovation. Visitors can experience Hyosung solutions in dedicated spaces that recreate retail banking branches and financial outlets.
Two large LED video walls draw attention to Hyosung’s retail and banking transformation solutions. A third LED video wall highlights Hyosung’s ‘Be Inspired’ branding. Overhead and directional audio also creates a holistic, multisensory visitor experience.
The experiential elements of the CXC are designed to open opportunities for further, more detailed discussions with key clients and partners in meeting rooms that feature large displays, video conferencing, presentation capabilities and speakers.
Electrosonic also designed and engineered the audiovisual systems for 33 offices, meeting rooms and communal spaces within the organization's corporate offices. Each meeting or breakout room incorporates touchscreen displays, LEDs and touch panels, while all offices are equipped with large-format displays with content-sharing capabilities. Lounges, cafes, lobbies and huddle rooms feature displays and digital signage facilitating internal communication.
The aim was to inspire customers to learn how Hyosung’s industry-leading engineering can transform retail and financial services spaces. Hyosung wanted to use experiential technology to open opportunities to better understand customers’ challenges and changing needs.
This project was Hyosung’s first North American CXC, so they drew on the collaborative experience of Electrosonic and Derse to bring their vision to reality and move the project forward, despite an often changing schedule due to COVID-19.
Electrosonic collaborated with partner Derse, a leading designer and fabricator of branded marketing environments, to create a world-class solution for Hyosung that fused architecture, storytelling and technology.
Electrosonic and Derse have completed a number of high profile projects and have developed a common language for delivering projects on-time and within budget. This level of collaboration and communication between Electrosonic and Derse enabled the team to move quickly from vision to reality.
Hyosung now has a world-class Customer Experience Center that is delighting customers and attracting interest from new prospects. The result aligns with Electrosonic’s commitment to bringing memorable and unique experiences to corporate spaces, helping to differentiate Hyosung as pioneers and innovators in the Financial Management market.
